What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. As stated on our contact page: your details stay private — we will only use your details to respond to your enquiry.
Information collected automatically
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam. Google may collect device and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) collects anonymised usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type — to help us understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Cookies are used by the services above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable without them.
Why we process your information
- To respond to enquiries you send us and to communicate with you about your project.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We process personal information on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of or steps towards a contract with you, and our legitimate interests in running our business, as permitted by POPIA.

Retention
We keep contact-form enquiries only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, after which they are deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice — the same standard we apply when building software for our clients.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction or deletion of your personal information;
- object to processing, or withdraw consent previously given;
- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) — inforegulator.org.za.
