Software & Database Management
- Full-Lifecycle Development: Lead the analysis, development, and documentation of in-house systems (MMHC and WCMAS).
- Database Administration: Plan and secure Oracle and SQL databases; perform complex query writing and month-end reporting.
- Change Control: Manage the authorization, testing, and sign-off processes for all program and data changes.
Infrastructure & Security
- Network & Hardware: Design and maintain LAN/WAN environments and hardware (servers, PCs, peripherals) to ensure 98% system uptime.
- Security & Disaster Recovery: Implement firewalls, access controls, and daily virus updates; develop and test comprehensive disaster recovery and backup plans.
- Asset Management: Oversee software licensing, updates, and procurement for all enterprise systems (OS, Exchange, Citrix, etc.).
Leadership & Operations
- IT Strategy & Budgeting: Manage IT staff and department budgets, identifying cost-saving technologies and automation opportunities to reduce human error.
- Team Development: Lead recruitment, training, and cross-skilling for programmers to ensure operational continuity.
- User Support: Provide documentation and training for end-users to ensure effective use of internal software.
